MINORS

Minors are not allowed to participate in livestreams without parental or guarding consent. Parents and Guardians acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions regarding Voice Masters livestream and Singing Revealed policies on behalf of their dependents at the time of registration. Parental consent is given at the time of registration. By registering a minor for any Voice Masters livestream parents and guardians acknowledge that they have completely read and fully understand all terms and conditions as well as the following release and agree to be bound thereby. Parents and Guardians hereby release any and all claims against Singing Revealed or any person or organization affiliated with Singing Revealed utilizing this material.

RELEASE AND PERMISSION

By registering for and joining any Singing Revealed livestream you and any dependents under your care agree to consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by Singing Revealed, and affiliates and representatives. You release Singing Revealed, its officers and employees, its successors, assigns, licensees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By registering for and joining any Singing Revealed livestream, you and any dependents under your care waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Singing Revealed or the person or entity designated to do so by Singing Revealed.

You and any dependents under your care have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering any Singing Revealed event or joining any Singing Revealed livestream.

By registering for and joining any Singing Revealed livestream you acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. You hereby release any and all claims against Singing Revealed or any person or organization affiliated with Singing Revealed utilizing this material.

RELEASE

By registering for and joining any Singing Revealed livestream you release any and all claims against Singing Revealed or any person or organization affiliated with Singing Revealed regarding technical issues with the services utilized by Singing Revealed. Singing Revealed is not responsible for the functionality of the service providers commissioned, such as but not limited to ZOOM, Kajabi, Facebook, YouTube, etc. The functionality of these services lies solely with such providers. Singing Revealed is not responsible for the audio, video quality of the livestreams, nor each participant's personal technology such as but not limited to, computer, phone, tablet, internet connection, etc. Audio and Video quality for the receiving participant (end user) is completely dependent on the individual hardware and internet connection and settings of each individual's hardware and service provider's technology.

OPINIONS AND STATEMENTS

The opinions and statements expressed by hosts, co-hosts and participants outside of livestreams on Singing Revealed are private expressions by individuals who do not represent Singing Revealed. The opinions and statements expressed by hosts, co-hosts and participants during livestreams on Singing Revealed do not necessarily reflect the opinions and views of Singing Revealed. Singing Revealed is not accountable or liable for opinions expressed by individuals during livestreams.

INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT

Conduct of participants, co-hosts, hosts deemed inappropriate by Singing Revealed will not be tolerated. Participants using inappropriate language, spamming the chat, aggressively harassing other participants, disturbing the livestreams will be immediately removed from the livestream without warning. Co-hosts speaking, writing or acting in any way deemed inappropriate by Singing Revealed will likewise be removed from the livestream.
